It was a sun-infested summer
Me and Gregg, we became friends
I moved from Jersey to Chicago		
Through Indiana to the West

	A letter caught me coming	
	"I don't care what people say"
	Cause I am going west-bound	
	Good ol' Farmville, USA	

So, Gregg was working in his stables
Horses plowing on his fields
The food was always on a table
Sun rising high, winds standing still

Solo

I like to see the river flowing
I like to fertilize my crop
And field is green when grass is growing
My cows are eating till they drop
